Buyer’s Inspections

This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.

Builder’s 1 Year Warranty Inspection

Most new home builders include a one-year warranty with the purchase of their houses. A homeowner may want to have a professional inspection done on their home before the builder’s warranty expires. The homeowner can then pass the report on to their builder’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs, or replacements of home components.

Mold Testing

We use the latest tests to detect hidden mold that may be in crawl spaces and between walls, to ensure you and your family are safe from mold infestations.

Mechanical Inspections

A Mechanical Inspection is a great way to learn more about the systems and components of a home that are depended upon daily.

We inspect the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to help you avoid potential fire or safety hazards.

In most cases, we are even able to tell you the age of the major components to help avoid unexpected maintenance costs.

We Inspect the Following

  • Single Family House

Inspection fee varies by square footage, age, and location of house.

  • Duplex

Includes entire roof and both units.

  • 4-Plex

Includes the entire roof and all units

  • Commercial Buildings

Please call for a price quote. A commercial building is more involved and may require a field visit for an accurate price quote.

Seller’s Pre-Listing Inspection

Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection, even if the seller has already had an inspection done.

Homeowner Maintenance Inspection

A homeowner may want a list of repairs to work off of. Sometimes, it’s difficult to objectively evaluate your own house. An objective inspection report can help the homeowner prioritize home repairs.

Radon Testing and Mitigation

Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic. It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing.

Site Specific Inspections

We always recommend a complete inspection but perhaps your only concerned with certain aspects of a home like the roof or the electrical. We don’t always know a client’s area of expertise or their experience in home repair and maintenance which is why we offer site specific inspections tailored to fit your needs.
